Hi maryse; glad you liked the essential oil spray idea. Using just lavender and lemon is a powerful blend which smells wonderful. I add a drop of rose for total indulgence!

Claire, I agree about the packaging waste with baby food. I saw Annabelle Karmel being interviewed the other night about the comparative costs of her meals too - it was enlightening and her food cost more than the 'gourmet' ranges of other brands.
Great news on the hand me downs!

Good easy tips to follow! I always made my own baby food and think there's so much packaging waste with baby food you buy. I did the ice cube storing at the beginning when my kids were only eating small amounts and it was so handy.
We were also lucky to get lots of hand-downs which cut down on things we had to buy and therefore our use of resources.

Love the essential oil spray, thank you! I agree, a few germs are better than none. We never use anything antibacterial in our home. I get a lot of my supplies from our local health food store called...Mrs Green's!!! :)
